We will travel through central Oregon and connect with our voice. During Pregnancy it is an important time to get comfortable with your voice. Speak your truth. It is easier to speak your truth and advocate for yourself when you are not energetically stuck in your throat. We will spend approximately 30 minutes opening up the throat in this sequence through Ohming, and humming and being present in the throat. You can use sound as a tool in your pregnancy to cope with the pain of your contractions and to give permission to open the body and give birth.
