In this prenatal and birth yoga package you will get 4 streaming videos. These videos are a culmination of wisdom, experience, and birth education. Tanya will support you mentally, emotionally, and physically through your pregnancy. Decide which session you would like to do based on your energy for that day. The prenatal and birth package has been mindfully curated to build endurance physically and mentally. Tanya's goal with creating these are to build strength, flexibility, and the confidence to let go and trust your body's ability to give birth.
